We are a new dojo located in NW Calgary that teaches Zen Karate. Our style combines techniques from Shotokan Karate, Taekwondo and kickboxing, and participants have successfully competed in tournaments at the local, provincial, national and international level.
Litorco Martial Arts teaches its students traditional forms (kata) from Shotokan and Taekwondo, and fighting techniques from all of our parent styles. We combine rigorous cardio training with traditional teaching methods to help students develop their physical strength and mental fortitude.
Our goal is to instil in our students the Zen Karate SPIRIT: Self-Control, Perseverance, Integrity, Respect, Indomitable Spirit, Truth.
